2. Booking and Appointments
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service addresses, and details about the appliance issue when scheduling a visit. Appointment times are approximate and may change due to traffic, weather, technician availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Inspection and Repair Estimates
An initial inspection may be required to identify the fault and determine the appropriate repair. 8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting HR Enterprises in advance. Repeated last-minute cancellations or situations where technicians cannot access the service location may result in a visit or inspection charge, where applicable.
9. Limitation of Liability
While our technicians exercise reasonable skill and care, HR Enterprises shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from appliance failure, delays in repair, pre-existing defects, manufacturer issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
